How the "Living Spaces" Campaign Works
-
Each quarter beginning in March, 2005, KPLC will
feature a different room to make over. Our viewers will pick
up entry forms from our participating major sponsors' locations
and submit them to KPLC.
-
A judge panel will nominate 5 rooms from the entry
forms submitted and our viewers will select one lucky homeowner as
the make-over room for that quarter.

The work will be provided by the Sub-sponsors
through the donation of products or services pertaining to the
needs of the make-over room. We will visit the make-over as
it progresses and keep the viewers updated through the internet
with streaming video or slides.
Title Sponsor Components:
-
As a Title Sponsor of the Living Spaces campaign,
the Home Builder's Association will receive title placement on all
promotional spots run throughout the year. On-Air value of
promotional schedule is $19,000.00/month. This campaign will
build awareness of the Home Builder's Association and help your
organization grow.

The Home Builder's Association will receive a
$5,000.00 advertising schedule per quarter to run their own 30
sec. commercials.

The members of The Home Builder's Association
would be responsible for the coordination of all the make-over
rooms by furnishing the products or services needed to complete
each room.
Major Sponsor Components:
-
Only Four Major Sponsorships available and will be
featured from March-November.

Major Sponsors will be distribution centers for
entry forms where they can expect increased traffic throughout the
year.

Major Sponsors will commit to a $2,800.00 per
month advertising schedule in which 75% will go toward their own
30 sec. commercial schedule, 20% to banner advertising on
KPLCTV.com, and 5% to the production of the promotional schedule.

Major Sponsors will also receive in addition to
their paid schedules, name mentions and logos on all promotional
pieces throughout the year. On-Air value of promotional
schedule is $19,000.00/month.

Major Sponsors will have Internet presence all
year with banner ad and website link.

Major Sponsors will donate product if needed for
the make-over room.

Major Sponsors will receive a live weather remote
from their location once in the campaign.
Sub-Sponsor Components:
-
At least ten Sub-Sponsors per quarter to allow a
minimum of $5,000.00 make-over budget.

Sub-Sponsors receive logos on promotional spots
throughout their sponsored quarter.

Sub-Sponsors will receive Internet presence all
year with banner ad and website link.

Sub-Sponsors will receive a $500.00 advertising
schedule per quarter.

Sub-Sponsors will donate $500.00 worth of product
or service during their sponsored room remodel.
