"Living Spaces" Contest Rules

One entry per person, per of the home per Living Spaces contest. (i.e., a person can only enter one time per room; Living Room, Kitchen, as well as Backyard Remodel).

Living Spaces Contests are defined by Title (Living Room, Backyard and Kitchen ) and will begin every three months.

Entry forms must be completed in its entirety and three pictures submitted in order for the participant to be considered for the remodel.

All entrants must be at least 18 years of age. The winning entry may be asked to provide proof of age to determine eligibility.

Participants must own the home to be remodeled, and be living in it. All entries must be submitted by the legal homeowner. No third party entries.

Employees of KPLC-TV, sponsors and their families are not eligible to win.

All entrants must reside in KPLC-TV's viewing area and those viewing KPLC-TV through cable TV.

Entries will only be accepted by dropping off the entry form, plus 3 pictures of the area of the home to be remodeled, at one of the designated sponsor locations. Sponsor locations are: All Stine locations, all Cameron State Bank locations, Rooms Today by Howell Furniture, Howell Furniture and C&C Audio, Video and Appliances.

All mass e-mailer programs will be disqualified.

Entry deadlines:

• Backyard: April 8, 2005

• Kitchen: July 1, 2005

• Living Room: September 30, 2005

No Purchase necessary, void where prohibited.

All entries received will be judged on the basis of originality, execution and presentation according to the theme of the room being decorated recognizing the degree to which the sponsors and their products can solve your room's problems. Five (5) semi-finalists will be selected by a panel of judges made up of representatives of sponsor companies.

By entering the contest, you release all right for KPLC-TV and its sponsors to you use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without pay.

The winner of the remodel must allow KPLC-TV and its sponsor's exclusive access to document the remodel for broadcast and promotional purposes.

Due to the value of the prize, the winners will be contacted by Sponsors for taxation purposes.

The winner of the contest is welcome to add their input into the remodel, however all renovations are strictly up to the designer. By entering the contest, the participant releases all rights to the design of the area to be remodeled. No additions outside of the allocated budget are permitted.

KPLC-TV and sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, forged, mass-reproduced or mass-transmitted, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or illegible entries and such entries are void; telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet or computer maltunctions, failures or difficulties, errors or failures in transmission or reception; and any condition caused by events beyond the control of KPLC-TV which may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted.

KPLC-TV, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website, or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any game not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
